I’ve been a hairdresser since I was 18… 20 years! All Things New was something that used to be an impossibility in my life. I’ve always loved helping women feel as valued and loved as they are. I am a lifelong learner and believe that applied knowledge is powerful and transformative. At ATN, our guests value an elevated experience and looking put together; and they value connection as well as their time. I am passionate about raising up the next generation of hairstylists who operate with integrity and excellence, and who bring in incredible income for their families.

Travis Hernandez
Travis is not only an owner of ATN; he is also the man behind the incredible design in both of our former spaces, and our current space! He carries a growth mindset that permeates everything that we do. When not in the salon, he enjoys spending time with family and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles. His talent, creativity and huge heart are evident…and we know you will love him as much as we do!

Amber Shelton, Guest Experience Specialist
Amber is devoted to providing an excellent and relaxing experience for every guest. Our resident Customer Service Expert, she trains every team member on the ATN experience. She thrives in all color and highlighting services, and really enjoys designing a classic bob haircut. Amber is a generational hairstylist, in the sense that she serves the daughter, the mother, and the grandmother in many families. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with family and friends while traveling to new places, and enjoys writing poetry.

Megan Warfield, Extension Specialist and Hair Loss Solutions Expert
Megan brings a passion for Hand Tied Hair Extensions, and is certified in Hair Dreams Microlines. This revolutionary service is for anyone dealing with extreme hair loss, thinning, or balding. She loves dimensional color work, and has been a Hair Stylist since 2017! Megan loves spending time with her family and close friends, and her two dogs, Nova and Stella. She is super creative! In her spare time she enjoys audiobooks, pizza, making hand made crafts, and outdoor activities like camping, kayaking, and hiking.

Allie Dean, Guest Experience Team Lead and Licensed Esthetician
Allie gradated with her license in Esthetics in 2021. She has a passion for everything skin related, especially facials, and encourages and helps women to love the skin they’re in. She is recently married to her husband TJ. She loves meeting new people, hanging out with her family, and her mini doodle, Daphne!
