Your first experience with us begins by discovering your stylist soulmate

At All Things New Salon, we believe that the right stylist makes all the difference. That’s why we take the time to thoughtfully pair each guest with a stylist who truly aligns with their hair goals, personal style, preferences, budget, and personality.

Our matchmaking survey helps remove the guesswork and anxiety of a first visit—so you can walk in confident, knowing you're in trusted, caring hands. It's all part of the All Things New experience: intentional, elevated, and completely tailored to you.

Once you've been matched, you'll be invited to complete a brief digital consultation form to help your stylist prepare for your visit. When we receive it, we’ll contact you with available appointment options. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our warm, friendly Guest Happiness Team, given a tour of our cozy space, and offered a complimentary beverage. A team member will escort you to your Stylist’s chair, where you’ll enjoy an in-depth consultation—complete with inspiration photos, lifestyle considerations, and personalized at-home care recommendations.

Your stylist will design a customized look for the whole you. They'll lay out a maintenance schedule, plan future visits, and recommend the right products to protect your investment. You’ll also receive a full quote before any services begin—no surprises, just exceptional hair and care.
